Terrain
Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.
Selling period
January/February, the year after harvest.
Vinification and aging
Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks
Sensory characteristics
Pale yellow with golden hues. Aroma of fresh yellow and mature fruit, delicate balsamic and floral notes. With good structure and long length.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with raw fish and seafood. It matches well also with delicate meatbased dishes, with vegetables, fresh and semi-mature cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
