Vinification and aging
Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks
Cherry red with bright purple tinges. An intense fruity aroma, delicate floral notes and nuances of banana and black cherry. It is full-bodied, smooth, fresh and balanced.
Food and wine pairings
Cold cuts, pizza, white meat, grilled vegetables, fish soup, tripe, fresh cheese. Excellent as aperitif.
